Alexa - was temperamental, but that could have been down to us having never used it before...

Our stay was really lovely. The room was more spacious then I expected through photos. And everything was clean, tidy and quiet. Items included were thought out and helpful, like the breakfast, ironing board, makeup face cloths and shower items to use, to name a few. I have an issue with strong smells and this was one of the only places I have stayed where I did not need panadol for a pretty much instant migraine from the cleaning / scents that are used. That was the first win before checking out the lovely space. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others who are heading to the region. Thanks so much

Everything was great really, the only thing that was a little niggle, the internet was a occasionally intermittent with reception. But that can often be out of the owners control.

My partner and I were meet with such friendly hospitality from Mike and Tanya ..really lovely . We absolutely Enjjoy our stay. all the little things too made this feel special..like specially home ground coffee and homemade orange juice for breakfast. it had a warm Cosy tranquil feel and the BBQ was a lovely bonus too , to be honest one of the best nights sleeps and the Bed was soooo Confortable Everything for us was PERFECT .. both Mike n Tanya were so lovely and really appreciated out later checkout ..A BIG thankyou as it was jyst what we needed wd will definitely beback

Having a breakfast available every morning was great. The place is located in a great position if you head to head to the Mount, Rotorua or even north. Quite location and having shops with in walking distance was handy if you needed extra things.

Very clean, it was warm and cozy and breakfast was great.

Generous amount of supplies for the Continental breakfast. The Queen size Bed was very comfortable. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean. Great location for shopping and there is a supermarket within walking distance on Cameron Road. There is off road parking included. Just a few minutes drive to Grace Hospital from Billy Hilton. Host Mike is friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him and Tanya when we arrived. I spent 2 of the 3 nights there on my own as my husband was in Grace Hospital and security was a priority for me. I can happily report that I was able to lock myself in at night and felt completely safe ... Can highly recommend.
