NLWe stayed at Solaj Dive & Beach Resort and the experience did not match what was advertised at the time of booking. The room provided was not in line with the photos or description shown online. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expected standards, particularly in the bathroom and general condition of the accommodation. Several advertised facilities and services were either not available or did not reflect what was communicated prior to or during the stay. When we raised these issues, communication with management did not lead to a workable solution. As a result, we checked out earlier than planned and moved to another accommodation. We would advise future guests to verify expectations carefully before booking, as the actual experience differed significantly from the listing.

PHI booked by Booking.com, and it helped! When we got there, the staff were accomodating and assisted (half of) us to transfer to another room since the air conditioner at the Villa's 2nd floor was busted. They also gave us another extra bed to the new room. We had pizzas poolside in the afternoon, which were big (and delicious) in size for the price! The breakfast was good too! The ambiance was really nice to spend some QT with family and loved ones! <3
The only sad part is the road from the Highway to the resort entrance, since it is narrow and bumpy. Maybe soon, this will be resolved :)
