"Excellent"

It was very clean,and well-equipped. The beds were nice. The kitchen was clean but small and had all you would need. It wasn't far from the beach.

The stairs were a bit much for us even though we knew about them. You need to be fit to do them every day.

Front door to the building was not secure (flat itself was ok). Water pressure was not great.

Clean, well furnished, good price and a great location in the centre of town.

The shower was a little faulty there wasn’t a constant stream of hot water other than that brilliant

"Nicely prepared apartment, with convenient location."

Location was convenient for the theatres. Close to the Bus routes too. Street parking is ok overnight, but quite pricey during the day. We parked in the nearby NCP at Trinity Place which was good value at £7.45 for 24 hrs - only 3 minutes walk - use the NCP app to pre-book and pay.

After a days walking on the Seven Sisters, 4 flights of stairs to the top floor seems a long way!

"So simply easy and comfy"

Location was superb! So easy to do everything we wanted given we didn't have a car. Shops were close, buses close, restaurants close, walks easy to get to, and most importantly the beach :) Definitely recommend to any non-locals to download the Brighton and Hove Bus app, makes everything so easy.

Only had one small bin for everything, which wasn't tooo big an issue as we were only there for a couple days but would have liked some guidance somewhere on what to do with it once it was nearly full. No food waste either, which again was just fine for us, but could not be for a longer stay?
