"A vibrant hotel with a welcoming atmosphere but needs better breakfast options"

A vibrant atmosphere welcomes you at this hotel! Upbeat music and setting around the Reception area, which is right by the bar for a welcome drink! The rooms had adequate space if you are travelling light.

The breakfast could do with more variety and international options. The rooms need better storage for bags if you are sharing a room and have more than 1 bag each.

"Good property but staff need training in basic etiquette"

It is in a central location

The fact that the staff thinks it is ok to repeatedly call people at 11:30 and 12:30 at night to inform them that the have left clothes behind, that ironically, do not belong to you and were left there by the staff!!
