PHThe location, the pool, the karaoke machine, the rooms. Wifi was working (but we had to figure out the password).
The kitchen could be cleaner (at least clean and clear up the cabinets), more (clean) cups/glasses, provide a kettle or hot water machine (electric). The bathroom sinks and toilets need repair (leaking) and the outside toilets were unusable (not maintained).
