Relatively near metro, within walking distance to Kosmonavtlar station. However would suggest visitors to Tashkent stay nearer the main sights like the Amir Temur Square, might be more convenient.

Stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was always the same — or worse (limited variety). Most days we enter the restaurant with many tables not cleared, coffee machines not working and clean cups not available. On one morning, the eggs station wasnt even set up after 8am (service starts from 7am) and most food was depleted. One day the lift was also out of service (ok to take stairs as hotel rooms are only on 2nd and 3rd floors) but my husband was stuck in the lift temporarily even after service was restored.

The location was great and near the metro. Hotel cleaniness is good and breakfast was so so.

There were no pilllow cases when we checked in. The reception was trying his best but no housekeepers around. So we had to place towels on pillows to sleep the night. Breakfast staff is not very hospitable except the guy who was preparing egss.

Love the location. It is close to some tourist spots and even metro. There is a small supermarket outside. The staffs are nice too especially Ulugbek. He was always smiling and helped us with the payment. He even remembered us when we came back 2 days after. The room is spacious too.

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the metro station, making it very easy to get around the city. The property has a warm and cosy atmosphere, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The pillows in our room did not have pillowcases, which may have been an oversight by the housekeeping team, especially as the hotel appeared to be fully occupied during our visit. The night reception staff was very helpful and tried his best to find a replacement pillowcase, but unfortunately none was available at the time. In addition, my friend's room had an air-conditioning issue, as it was not cooling adequately. Despite these inconveniences, the staff were polite and attentive, and their willingness to assist was appreciated. With better attention to housekeeping and maintenance, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

The breakfast experience was disappointing. The selection was quite limited, and the staff at the breakfast counter were not particularly welcoming or hospitable. A large tour group had breakfast before us, and by the time we arrived, many items had run out and were not replenished promptly. As a result, the breakfast offering was far below expectations and detracted from the overall experience.
