Very comfortable clean and lovely caravan.

Great location for Great Yarmouth, which is a 10 minute drive. Clean modern accommodation large enough for family of 5 or 6. It is located on the park dean resort so there are plenty of activities to entertain the kids such as swimming, karting, play area mini golf and much more all for a cost of £19 each for 3 activities and £30 each for 5 activities, worthwhile if you are stayingfor a longer period.. Restaurant, cafe and local grocery shop onsite as well as cash point. A few cafes spread within five minute walk. Scathby Beach is directly opposite the accommodation, a 3 minute walk. Also Angelo cafe is a 5 minute walk and they provide an all day breakfast, worth a visit. The host included birthday balloons, sweets chocolates for my daughters birthday and also enough essentials to make this a great stay, including board games, books and two TV's. Would recommend this location, accommodation and area for a short or long break. We stayed 2 nights but could have easily stayed longer.

All good can't complain

From when we booked Irina, our host was helpful and always willing to assist. Irina checked all was okay while we were staying there and after wel left, she contacted us to welcome us again (which we do plan to do).

There were no issues

It was near the beach, was very clean with nice bed linen and towels. I would have like a little hoover and swiffer mop. The second bedroom was a really good size, beds were comfortable. Parking at the side which is great. It was a bonus you could bring a dog if you’d like. I asked for early check in ( which we didn’t use in the end but was agreed) and late check out. Irina was very accommodating.

I think it was a shame there was no outside decking or even garden furniture. It would have made my score higher. I thought £45 to bring a dog was a lot. Ours is well behaved, very small and doesn’t shed fur. I suppose you have to allow for the opposite.

Beautiful, immaculately clean caravan. Definitely will be booking again in the future and have already recommended to friends and family.

We liked everything

Location was great right near the beach. Park dean resort on the site was a bonus. Caravan was lovely and clean and close to everything.

Think the caravan needed outside seating as was so warm inside and would have been nice to sit out. Park dean resort itself could do with a spruce up. Swimming pool was good but could have done with a lick of paint. Lots of bits floating in the pool and hair which put me off going in if im honest. Alot of money to spend and just wasn't to a high standard of cleanliness. Staff on the other hand were lovely and friendly always happy to help and assist and always smiling. Prices were ridiculous especially in the fish n chip shop. Drinks were very expensive too. Shouldnt be charging those prices.

The caravan was ok in size, the two single beds were very small width wise but ok, Kitchen facility was ok, could have done with some small bowls and a peeler otherwise ok. The doors creaked when opened and shut. floor creaked as well. also there should have been instruction on how to switch the heating on. also there should have been information on up to date facilities, places to go and see. also you could have provided chairs and table to sit outside the caravan. good first time experience.
