Location was convenient for branshatch. Food was amazing at the restaurant Staff were very friendly Plenty of parking

Very new, very clean, charming.

1. Very late check in 3pm 2. The key code too the doors rather than a card or traditional door key. 3. Sadly no breakfast included 4. Early check out time 10am 5. No staff around and property locked up at check out time so founded check out a little confusing.

No breakfast facility although a great place nearby ( Melia's Place).

The room was clean and modern, friendly staff in the restaurant and booking in, the outside eating area and gardens were tranquil.

Poor coffee facilities in room, there was no air con in the room just a free standing fan - poor considerating just been refurbished, no fire instructions in room. Option of extra pillows in the room would have been nice.

Beautiful room and pub.

Toilet seat broken. Not enough toilet roll. Window wouldn’t open fully.

Rooms are smart, clean & functional.

No breakfast included in a price of £120, which is more expensive than other options nearby. In fact, breakfast isn't even available, so have to drive somewhere locally.

Rooms nicely refurbished. Comfortable bar, with nice quality food and drinks. Staff friendly and helpful.

Loved the food. Great service. The room was beautiful, really nice shower and the beds were comfy. Really nice little touch of a pod coffee machine. I was a little confused about check in but the staff were amazing, very friendly and smiley, all of them were very helpful even though it was very busy. Would stay again.

Windows into the car park, so felt uncomfortable cracking them and unfortunately no air con. Walls are really thin. I could hear the conversation happening next door.
