Slow Life Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Piotr, Kasia and their lovely dog were really great hosts☺️ The shared space was really pretty and you could get fresh water from the fridge at any time. The rooms are also really lovely with a great AC! We could give Piotr our laundry (1.500 per kilo) and he even managed to get us a driver on our departure day, because the pick me app isn't working in the south, due to the TukTuk mafia. We enjoyed our stay there and could warmly recommand it🤩

Kasia and Piotr are superb hosts. I rented a bike from them and they gave me great food and party recs. They also organized a trip to Yala and whale watching for me. The hotel itself is amazing, the rooms and coliving space are beautiful with lots of sunlight. Eveywhere is super clean. The wifi is working great, making the hotel a great place to stay for digital nomads. You can drink tap water from the kitchen and coffee and tea are provided! They also have an emergency kit with things like tampons, razors and toothbrushes which was super helpful. I had the best time at Slow Life Boutique, I felt taken care of and every detail was thought through.

Nice decor. Piotr was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. Communal area was a nice place to hang out.

The place is very cool with a great communal space for chilling, socialising, making food/drinks. Piotr (the owner) was great and made everything very easy for us.

The only thing we found as a negative was the bed. Not the comfiest unfortunately.

Piotr and his wife are very caring amazing hosts. We were greeted with fresh fruit and coffee. Later, we got sick and they brought us tea and medicine, helped us order take out food. The building has 3 rooms and a common room with kitchenette and fridge. Depending on the weather we went out for breakfast or we bought some local fruit and made coffee at home… Piotr is also offering home made breakfast The rooms are decorated and cared for with love. There is no “big cupboard” to put the cloths, however we were happy using the shelves in the room. There is also a mosquito net for the bed. The beach is a short walk away, you can rent sun beds for 1000 LKR the day.

Beautiful little hotel in a quiet area, still close to all shops, cafes and beach. Perfect to avoid all the party noise, but still be close to city center. Super friendly staff who were really helpful and attentive. Clean and modern room.

Slow Life was amazing! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and with the most lovely, helpful, warm, kind and hospitable hosts. My boyfriend and I stayed longer as we enjoyed our time here so much. It was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka and is great value for money. Oh and if you stay here, you will meet the most adorable puppy in the world!

I was surprised by the entire stay. It went beyond what I expected on the budget. Some of the well maintained policies: - Floors were clean and NO sand! - NO insects due to cleanliness (rare to see) - Every aspect of the common area was clean and organized for use by guests - Check-ins from the manager every morning for water or anything else - Very comfortable, sense of safety and coziness overall due to the well articulated policies and guides.

All expectations were surpassed. Nit picks for improvements would be, if the neighbors would allow this, to add more automatic lights further from the gate to make it easier to get to the main road in the night. Otherwise can't think of anything else!
