Bed bugs in the rooms

There was no curtain or blind on the window. The bedroom door didn't lock. The hospitality tray didn't have any glasses or cups to drink out of The bathroom needed redecorating.

Clean, spacious & great facilities

It was all perfect

Staff were friendly. Free parking with loads of space. Nice view of the water. Spacious and clean room.

The hallway leading to the room stinks of smoke! Staff in the restaurant smoke under the stairs leading to the rooms and the smoke really travels, the smell was really off putting. Room was fine, clean and spacious but the walls are very thin, not ideal if you are a light sleeper. There was no milk for tea and coffee.

Room was huge and really clean had everything we needed staff were so friendly and accommodating

Location good but exit y car on to a very busy main road was very dangerous. They need to cut back a hedge that totally obscures traffic from the right as does their sign on the pavement.

No breakfast available. No staff on duty at all times, including for long periods of the day. No one on durt at night and no contact numbers if there was a problem. No information in room including internet details. I only got this after the first day via kitchen staff..
