L'emplacement est top ! Superbe vue sur la mer avec petite plage magnifique au pied du bâtiment. Il y a où stationner une voiture sur place. Supermarché à 2 km, boulangerie à 3 km. Climatisation dans la salle et les deux chambres.

Pas grand chose, juste il manque un four micro-ondes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment located right on the edge of Monopoli. The property sits on a cliff with a private staircase leading down to a peaceful bay where you can swim in the clear, turquoise water — truly magical. The apartment itself is spotless and well-equipped. The spacious living room and both bedrooms offer breathtaking sea views, and the large terrace is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while watching the sunset. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Parking is conveniently available just outside the gate, in a quiet street. The apartment is on the upper floor and accessible via stairs, but the view and atmosphere more than make up for it. If you're looking for a relaxing escape by the sea with privacy and comfort, this place is ideal. Highly recommended!

Rafaella and her husband were the perfect hosts. They warmly welcomed us at 11 p.m., showing us all the property facilities with kindness and attention to detail, even late at night. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. I highly recommend staying with them.

"PERFECT AND AMAZING"

The hosts could not have been nicer!!!! they PICKED ME UP at station Monopoli late at night, took me to the supermarket, waited for me til i got all groceries and then took me to the house SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!!!! I cannot recommend it enough! GRAZIE MILLE PER TUTTO!!!!! I will for sure return
