Four of us stayed at Border Lodge for one night, and I must say it is perfect for a wee getaway with friends or family. The property is fully furnished with modern furniture, and the jacuzzi and leisure area at the back are beautiful. There were plenty of towels and even robes for the jacuzzi. We needed some assistance when we first got there, and someone got there very quickly to help. The host is great, helpful, and responsive. There is a small local pub 5 minutes from the property with live music. If you decide to go to the pub, be sure to have cash, as they don't take card payments. The property is easy to find, and even though there is a house next to it, you will have your privacy. Big thanks to the host, we would definitely come back and would recommend it to others.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Fab hot tub! Beautiful garden for relaxing.

Maybe more kitchenware.
