"Pathetic staff is understatement"

Nothing because we did not stay there

The staff was rude her name Mueni who was sleepy and ended up telling us she could only send details through whatsapp which we tried to explain to her that we couldn't access whatsapp at that moment but she was rude and said we can cancel the stay We had a small child and we had booked the property prior, we ended up looking for directions which we were not successful, we ended up in a hotel after midnight.
