Quiet area to rest

The room is not properly maintain/not clean.a lot of cockroaches. Ceiling fan is dirty,floor is dirty,bed sheet also not clean. It's a terrible experience for me and my family

The stay and accomodities are very good but there is less utilities such as a bowl, plate and spoon, fork, plastic for bin but the facilities is very good, and comfortable.
