Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Als kleinere Probleme auftraten, hat Mario sofort über WhatsApp reagiert und alles schnellstmöglich behoben. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich, wodurch wir uns jederzeit sicher und bestens betreut fühlten. Die Lage ist optimal, um die wunderschönen Städte wie Alberobello und Polignano a Mare zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, Mario!

Beautiful Villa with large two bedroom apartments with sea view in a strategic location for Polignano and Valle D'Itria. The owner is very kind and helpful. Would have loved to stay for a longer period of time. Highly recommended.

All was great

The cleanliness of the apartment.

It's not a house, it's an apartment in a fence in complex of other units. The owner of the unit doesn't want us to park inside the compound but wants out the gated complex where there is no security. It is actually far from the beach you need to have your own private transportation to get to the property and it is not beach front it is partial sea view . The owner does not speak a single word of English. The motion detector keeps lighting up and the constant sound of the air conditioning sounding like a cell phone bus will not let you get a good sleep. A 250 Euro in cash deposit seems excessive and the place isn't that great. We are already paying $172 per night and he doesn't even supply soap shampoo etc in the bathroom and we have to beg for more toilet paper since we're staying for four nights he only gave one roll of toilet paper . .

I really liked the apartment. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host left us coffee, oil, salt & pepper,washing machine tablets & dishwasher ones. The place was lit up at night by little fairy lights & also on the trees. V pretty. We also found the host to be very courteous and helpful. He made a great effort to communicate and used Google translate all the time.

It was a pity we did not know more from the host about what was on offer in the locality. The Marina was closed so we walked to Restaurant Da Tuccine both days. Only by chance on the last day we found the beautiful Benedictine Abbey & 3 restaurants nearby. The host might leave some info in the apartment about this. The local roads are in poor condition and the council definitely need to clean up their act where this area is concerned. Also all the kelp on beaches should be cleared away.

Beautiful garden and the size of the appartment.

It was quite cold temperature and the heater was making disturbing noises so ir couldnt be kept on longer time. Not too many things to create comfort, also the towels were quite old and worned out. Also the location is far from Polignano, goot to be reached by car or Tuk Tuk.

The whole apartment is renewed, very nice, with great air conditioning. It has a balcony that we enjoyed in the morning. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They gave us delicious figs and cantaloupe from the garden. We enjoyed it very much.

It was a bit difficult to find the apartment for the first time as there were too many tiny roads.

Lovely accommodation and liked the area just outside of the more crowded Town of Polignano a Mare 5 minutes away by car. 4 minutes walk to lovely cafe and 3 great restaurants on the sea, at San Vito.

Wifi could have been better but managed with it.

The place is fantastic, spacious, clean, well equipped, with a modern design and a beautiful garden. There is a dedicated parking place. The host is super helpful and friendly. What I liked? Everything!
