Pulizia da migliorare. C’erano mobili con impronte ovunque, wc ancora sporco degli ospiti precedenti. La rete del letto completamente rotta il che ha reso la prima notte impossibile. Anche se il proprietario è stato disponibile a spostarci in un altro alloggio.

The host was really rude. He asked us to sit on the pavement for 30min+ (we were super tired) to fill in the online form (which did not work at times) until he gave us the access code to enter the flat. I felt like I was dealing with AI not a real person. In the end he did not even apologies for it and blamed me for being nervous about it. Shocking behaviour. I have never been treated this bad. Also air-conditioning was really bad. No real guidances how to do stuff including internet. The property was far from the main centre and with zero amenities nearby.
