Ochota a ústretovosť všetkých zamestnancov :) na recepcii vyhoveli mojej prosbe o prichystanie prekvapenia pre dcéru,ktorá mala v čase.ubytovania narodeniny -čakalo nás hneď po príchode,bolo to vynikajúce .Taktiez pani na recepcii bola veľmi ochotná,poskytla nám všetky potrebné informácie o všetkom…taktiež ponúkaný program a aktivity pre deti a rodinu

"Geweldig"

Het eten was goed en uitgebreid, de activiteiten waren super leuk! Personeel was erg vriendelijk aan de receptie en Mario was geweldig met de dieren en demonstraties. De locatie is prachtig en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer ook. De speeltuin en top en dierentuintje ook erg leuk.

In de kamer hing nog een vieze handdoek aan het rek met snot eraan, en de douchekop zat niet aan een houder vast waardoor haren wassen erg lastig was.
