Good situation

Parking 1/2 mile away. Steep stairs up to the flat. My husband has walking impairment so found it difficult. No comfortable chairs. TV reception kept cutting out.

Location is very close to grafton center.

the location was great. It was just a few minutes walk from the city centre. we were able to get into the property really easily and a couple of hours earlier then planned. It was very clean with all the basics including tea and coffee making facilitites. the bed linen was lovely and great fluffy towels. If felt safe and comfortable.

Just 3 small issues. The parking was not outside the property but a 7 minutes walk away. It didn't feel like a dedicated parking spot for our property, one of the beds had a mattress with a distinct dip on both sides and wasn't that comfy. we also couldn't get the television to work but that could have been our lack of skills.
