Beautiful property in countryside. Riccardo and family were lovely. Lots of information given and helped me with getting to the airport. Pool was nice and warm. Especially after a hot visit to Florence. Ability to buy drinks on site and information.

No negatives.

We loved absolutely everything! Beautiful place which gives a feeling of total tranquility. More like visiting a family, not like a standard B and B. Absolutely recommend to stay here as a base to explore Tuscany or just to get some relaxing days.

Everything was perfect

L'emplacement est agréable et au calme. Le responsable de l'accueil (le fils) est charmant et donne de très bons conseils pour visiter la région.

Petit déjeuner un peu frugal. C'est un B&B, on partage donc les lieux avec la famille (3 générations). Les horaires d'accès à la piscine et au jardin sont un peu stricts (pas avant 10h le matin), et on se fait houspiller par le papa si on ne les respecte pas. Il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir se mettre sur un transat avant 10h, quand en plein été il fait déjà 37 degrés, et qu'il faut en outre libérer la chambre à 10h30. On ne sent pas vraiment bienvenus.

Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hatte viele Tipps für unsere Reise. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und gepflegt, die Hunde und das Pony sind ein Highlight. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit von Pisa entfernt, der Zufahrtsweg ist ein kleines bisschen holprig, aber das ist nicht schlimm. Der Pool war toll, auch sehr groß. Das Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Es erschien sehr sicher dort. Das Zimmer war eher einfach, aber Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage funktionierten gut.

Wonderful stay just 5 minutes from Pisa! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Riccardo - please forgive me if I misspelled it! :)))), who gave us great parking tips and marked the best local restaurants on the map. The accommodation was quiet, perfectly clean, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely garden, large pool, sun loungers, and adorable cats and dogs. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing – we truly enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back. Absolutely recommend it! Ci è piaciuto tutto.
