"Ruined my stay"

Everything is disgusting

I booked a room that was supposed to include a private bathroom, yet upon arrival, they put me in a room without private bathroom and demanded an extra 300 if I wanted what I had originally paid for. When I tried to sort it out, they kept passing the blame, insisting I contact booking.com because “it’s not our problem.” They even suggested booking.com misled me with incorrect details. The staff were utterly indifferent to my frustration, especially a man named AJAY, who couldn’t have been less helpful if he tried. He shrugged off my complaint, saying, “You booked through booking.com, so deal with them, not us,” as if it was no concern of theirs that I wasn’t getting what I’d been promised. Desperate for help, I reached out to booking.com’s customer service, who at least tried to support me. They assured me they’d start a 20% refund and even contacted the hotel to address the issue. They followed up with an email to confirm the refund and the conversation with the hotel. But when I presented this to the receptionist, she acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. Her response was dismissive and borderline rude, leaving me feeling utterly ignored and cheated. The hospitality at this place is horrendous. Not only do they refuse to own up to their own errors, but they seem to have zero interest in delivering any level of customer service. They only care about squeezing money out of you while making every excuse to avoid accountability. It’s disgraceful, and I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. I’ve never experienced such a blatant disregard for guests—it’s like they just don’t care at all. Avoid this place if you actually want what you paid for.
