The spacious house and fireplace

Not enough cutlery and crockery All the beds should not be double. There should be single/seperate beds Not enough blankets

"Fantastic, beautiful and peaceful escape."

Beautiful farm house .. Was a little chilly at night, so the hot water bottles were a great touch. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed being surrounded by the Ostriches. We were very blessed to see a female lay an egg… memory to last a lifetime for us city folks!

The kitchen could do with a few more items, like a peeler, jug or a container for the microwave, maybe a braai stainless steel container. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

It was very comfortable and the owners went to a lot of trouble to make us feel welcome. Our dog was also welcome and it was fenced, so it is realy safe for dogs. Recommended self catering accommodation.

"Overall we had a wonderful stay, the hosts are great and the house is amazing!"

Claudia and Mouton were very accommodating, their communication is great and they were always checking in to make sure everything is fine. The house has nice open spaces for the kids to play and it is very neat and well kept. It is such a beautiful house, the mix of modern and old brings a sense of calmness.

There is not much to criticise, we pointed out some things to the hosts and they immediately confirmed that they would attend to it. The stoep gate has some sharp points, open and close carefully not to cut or scratch.

"A fabulous and relaxing place to stay!"

We spent the most amazing day/night at Karoo Leeu Self Catering! The setting, luxurious bedrooms and overall ambiance were just fabulous! We loved the safe and quiet farm atmosphere, the view of the beautiful red hills and will recommend a longer stay to everybody.

Absolutely nothing!
