The location was perfect and super clean!

Location, cleanliness and staff was super nice.

A spacious and very well equipped apartment in a smart, modern building with excellent concierge staff. Great location on the edge of the tourist zone with great views all around. Excellent walkability. Host communications were prompt and very helpful. Would definitely come back here.

A few things overlooked in cleaning. One bed is very firm which might not suit everyone.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Zona Romantica. It is on a hill which could be challenging for some, we however made it work with our strollers. The balcony and rooftop pool had amazing views. The apartment was very spacious and easily accommodated my husband and I as well as our two sons, my mother and mother-in-law. We loved we all had our own bathroom.

Wish there had been a few more little personal comforts. None of the bathrooms had soap or shampoo/conditioner. There were also only a few towels and no pool/beach towels which we could have used. The bathroom trash cans were missing trash bags and there were only a few in the unit. Also we weren’t notified in advance about the pool in the unit not being heated. When we asked for the pool to be heated which was for additional charge which we were willing to pay, the heat was never turned on making the pool unusable as it was far too cold.
