Amenities were too poor. Toiletries not provided. Moreover people roam outside even at 12:30 a.m smoking and causing disturbance. No one to control

Normally Breakfast should be included in the room Tariff. But i'm not received. I don't see any option for selecting required Breakfast or not. So, if you are not added this point, please make sure to add this option in your booking details.

If we get one kettle and tea bags in room it could be better.

Nothing other the location. Alos the bar was far well maintianed than the rooms and the service was great. The receptionists were cold, grumpy and more arrogant than a government run KTDC hotel

everything. unclaean beds. usedbedspreads. No hot water. not water in rooms. no toiletries or even towels. these guys should not be in booking.com.... a total disgrace......frankkly there is no manager for any responsible person....and if there was any....totally incompetent and inefficent....perfect example of what a hotel should not. I tried telling them....but the staff told me to buzz off
