Urban Sky Loft Fiumicino

The location was perfect—just steps from a grocery store and great restaurants, and only a short drive to the airport. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. Ettore, the host, was an absolute gem, as was his family. This was my first solo trip to Italy, and after a few unfortunate events that happened earlier in my trip, I felt uneasy about using public transportation. Ettore went above and beyond with constant communication, helping me arrange safe and reliable private transfers, and genuinely looking out for me. I felt truly cared for. Highly recommended!

The apartment is great! Very clean, and comfy. The location is quiet and you can feel safe. Close to the airport and to the beach. Many many restaurants in which you can eat tasty Italian food. Bus to Rome is very close to the apartment and only for 7€. I definitely recommend staying here! ❤️

The location was very near the airport and it was very comfortable as the owner offered also transfer for pickups at any hour. The house was clean and handy, very calm neighborhood. Very near the river and you had coffee shops and lots of restaurants near. And also very near the house was a bus that could directly take you to the center. It was all smooth.

It is a modern, newly built apartment. There was a basic set of kitchen tools. The room was clean and the wifi/internet worked flawlessly.

It was farther from the airport than I expected, it is definitely not walkable because the roads don't have sidewalks. I had trouble discovering the following information, maybe it will help others. The public bus to Fiumicino, a blue bus, stops at Terminal 1, arrival (lower) level. The driver will accept cards/cash in payment (2.50). Once I understood how to get to the apartment, it all worked well. Otherwise, a taxi will charge 55 Euros each way. There is a very large cleaning fee, which distorts the cost of the listing.
