Colchester Sunny Apartment with Pool and EV Car Point

Fabulous . If the weather was warmer the pool would of been used , Fabulous home to stay in . Would definitely recommend it to anyone .quite and comfortable , And definitely would use again . Thank u , five star 🌟

Location is perfect for everything you need. Host was excellent with nothing being too much trouble.

All very comfortable and as described, didn't use pool but looked lovely.

No sure the location is really Lexden - more Stanway? Didn't bother us but could be misleading?

My son and I had to move out for 9 days while we had some builders in our house and this little gem was a true ‘home from home’. We had a pool, beautiful gardens to sit in, we had our doggy with us, we cooked and relaxed and it truly is a ‘sunny studio’. The hosts, Stuart & Stella, are wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help (we also went to see Stuart perform in his band at a local pub in Wivenhoe).

It was very clean and the swimming pool was an added bonus.

The bed was not very comfortable. Had a dip in the middle.

Great location. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable Stella came to sort a major problem immediately and was very apologetic. .(see below)

Unfortunately the bed slats collapsed as I sat on it !! It transpired that one slat was broken and another missing, none of the slats were locked in so fell through where I sat. When I phoned and left a message Stella came immediately. There was no tea towel in kitchen and while there were teabags and coffee ,there was no milk supplied. The patio outside was uneven with loose slabs and needed care to walk on. The keysafe was too low down, with limited space to manoeuvre so difficult to access.
