Encore A Boutique Resort

The vibe and the surroundings were good and facilities were also good. The Scenic views were very beautiful.

The food was costly considering the quality of it.

Swimming pool and hospitality

The bathroom can be a little cleaner. It had a few spots and could use some deep cleaning. Another strange thing was a crow which would arrive every morning at 6:00am. It kept on moving around on the roof and pecking at it, which was super strange. This disturbed our sleep on both days. The reception was kind and tried to help with the issue, but nothing could be really done. Since this place is deep within nature, do not keep the patio/balcony lights on post 7pm since this will attract insects. We suspect there might be some open cavities through which insects probably creeped into the room. We were battling a cricket (a pretty large one) at 4am in the morning. Once we got done, later we found ourselves battling another insect (not sure what this was but it looked like a enhanced version of a centipede). Finally shut eye around 5am and around 6:00am we were welcomed by the angry crow that I mentioned earlier. Overall, the hotel staff were really nice and helped us out when they could. The food was good :)

The location was excellent .. cool Did not opt for having breakfast at the resort

Entrance reception area needs to be clean since that is the approach section (Buddha area) Gaming facilities far from maintained Whether season or not, the resort should be maintained as any other day since the location is so good .. the staff are so pleasing .. so this could only add on to the experience
