"This place is not fit to stay in, or have my wife and I been exceptionally lucky over the years."

No coffee provided. Beds far too soft. I rolled onto my side and the mattress collapsed, removing a huge swathe of skin from my arm via the bedside cabinet on my descent to the floor. H & S nightmare, (and they boast to be very conscious.) Front entrance very poorly lit by natural light, whilst light fitting (also doubling as the emergency lighting) had no bulb it it. A steep staircase with no handrail. Claimed to have been lavishly refurbished, with everything coming from charity shops. Two cups, no saucers, loads of small plates and dishes, not one of which matched. Tatty bedding full of furballs, and a kettle, toaster and microwave, with a list of "Do nots" which included "no eating"!

"We would not recommend this property"

Not a lot

Cheap bedding, cheap towels, uncomfortable bed and pillows, tv only worked on a few stations which kept on cutting out. 2 light bulbs didn't work in the shower room we asked for them to be replaced, they replaced them with 2 bulbs from the toilet in the same studio we were staying in. Nowhere to hang clothes.

Pulled up outside the apartments, phoned the number I was given, someone came out within a couple of minutes to show me to my apartment.

"Good in general, but for that price it could be better."

Bathroom was very nice.

A bit cold apartament, small bed for 2, lack of normal kitchen and dining table, lack of clothes hangers.

Loved the shower

Breakfast pack not enough coffee sachets for 2 people no milk etc had to use key for the bathroom everytime and the living space was very cold duvet smelt musty. Plus points there was a basic kitchen with white goods and microwave t.v with netflix and decor was nice.

"Disappointed"

Not much .

We received an upgrade ( allegedly) at no extra cost ,which was just as well as the apartment we ended up in -no TV, no hairdryer . Apartment was cold . Bathroom has issues with drainage . Definitely not value for money 😕
