i like every thing its very neat and clean

To start off the host was amazing. Entering the accommodation and settling in was perfect. Plenty of space, everything was clean, plenty of towels were available even the shower shampoo was available which was amazing. We were visiting during October and the weather was not quite good enough to stay on the amazing terrace.

I just have a recommendation for better beds in the smaller room. Maybe even a double bed would be okay. But that's just the advice everything besides that was amazing.

It's wonderful apartment in clean and quiet location, comfortable for family with children. Owner is very polite and friendly.

The proprietor was very responsive and very helpful with all my questions. They even left us a sweet note and some water bottles to make us comfortable. The house is super neat and very well equipped. And a great combination of a quiet neighborhood, easy access to Modena and Bologna if you have a car, and with very artistic touches with all modern high quality fittings

Only thing to keep in mind for those with reduced mobility is the apartment is located on third floor with no elevator. Didn't bother us but if you have a lot of luggage or problems with stairs then this is difficult
