Non ho potuto vederla poiché mi è stata comunicata l’impossibilità ad accedere alla struttura

Alle 16 del pomeriggio mi è stato comunicato che la casa non era più disponibile per un guasto idraulico. Questo problema ha generato a me ed al mio gruppo un grande disagio poiché ci siamo ritrovate nel tardo pomeriggio su una spiaggia in Puglia senza saper dove avremmo potuto pernottare. Le alternative proposte erano infatti inadeguate e di qualità inferiore rispetto all’appartamento correttamente prenotato e pagato in anticipo

The property was lovely. The only thing that we did have a problem with was the stairs, they very steep. Otherwise we could not fault it.

Location in the old town was fine. Inevitably there was no car parking but a car park nearby was very convenient and not too expensive.

The property was on several floors and the numerous flights of stone stairs were much more hazardous than described. Dangerous! We had major problems getting the heating system and hot water to work. When it did, the boiler leaked so had to be turned off. The lighting on the top floor terrace did not work and meant that the area could not be used because the stepped area was in the dark. Another safety hazard. These problems were reported a number of times to Carlo and Wonderful Italy but were not responded to and not rectified during our stay. Very disappointing.

This house is not only incredibly uncomfortable but not safe for most travellers. Narrow and uneven staircases connect three different floors, with additional steps in pretty much every room of the house. The terrace is the highlight of the apartment but it is also quite uncomfortable as there are no cushions, only hard surfaces to sit on. The upstairs kitchen has an induction stove but all pots and pans provided except for one were not induction compatible. Many of the appliances needed adaptors but none were provided.

Great Place. Very clean and spacious rooms. Spectacular roof-top Terrace for Breakfast. Good located in walking distance to the center city Ostuni. Near you have various restaurants and terraces, The staff were excellent and happy to help with anything we needed. Everything was just how it should be, perfect !
