Sofa bed was not set up and it wasn't clear how to use the bedding, so we just threw a single sheet over it. A bit noisy due to traffic outside. Used white noise on our phones to try to ignore the sound. But it wasn't that bad. There were no staff at check-in. I felt like I wanted to see a person rather than using a machine.
