the shower water smelled like wee, said he would fix it and didn’t and he made us change rooms all three nights we stayed there

Location is next to the road, very noisy, roosters & dogs going crazy at 5am everyday. Room was dirty when i arrived, bed smelled like someone else slept in it for days, hasn’t been cleaned, mirror full of stains. Hot water runs out after 2 mins or so and barely any water comes out.
