Did the job. Needed bed for night at last minute and they provided easy self check in with quick communication from host. Convenient location in centre of town.

Bed could have been comfier and bathroom sink is very small, but can’t complain for the price really.

A good stop for an overnight. Host attentive to and helpful with any issues raised. It was warm and there was plenty of hot water.

Parking could be an issue, if it is pouring with rain, as it was! It was early in the season and would benefit from some airing.

Dark passage to get to front door was tricky

There was nothing I liked about staying at the nest!

I received the keys from the key safe located outside the property. As soon as I stepped inside the property it was frozen and there was a really strong smell of damp. I upgraded the room as it stated it had been sound proofed. Which it certainly had not been! We barely slept as you could hear traffic from the busy road outside and people talking as they walked past. The blinds and curtains are short of the windows so the light from the street light directly outside shines through. I put the electric heater on in the room when I arrived but it did not work. So I found the central heating thermostat in the hallway and put the heating on for an hour, to which the host messaged me asking me not to put the heating on stating the heating was set at 24 degrees Celsius. That most certainly was not the case because the place was frozen. I would not recommend staying here and it certainly is not value for money!
