Good location, nevertheless, Kinsale is a small town. Host is friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness is questionable. Housekeeping was sloppy. We found a used small towel from the previous guest hanging in the bathroom. The fan at the bedside and table top has quite some dust. Extremely bad sound proofing as I was unable to sleep till late due to active upstairs guests walking around their room. I can hear every foot step.

Location was perfect. Parking convenient even for a large van. Modern amenities and comfortable beds. Friendly and hospitable host.

Exceptionally comfy bed, very clean and great location.

It was very warm in the room, a fan had been provided but didn’t do much (caveat that it was a hot day for Ireland!)

It was hard to find and there was no staff to help with getting settled.

Fantastic accomodations. Right in town close to everything. Room and bath were great. Couldn't have asked for more. No more than a few block walk from everything Kinsale has to offer.

There were no facilities though knew that when we booked but great location, very clean, great shower.

All accomodation in Kinsale is quite expensive.
