Luxurious Retreat in SLC

Good central location with free parking. Very clean apartment with all amenities.

I wouldn't recommend for families or those who want a quiet complex. Lots of loud music and noisy neighbors on the weekends both in the units and out at the hot tub. Property management did not have contacts to security in the building and could not address noise complaints. We were told to use a broom and pound the ceiling to let our neighbors know they were being too loud!

It was clean

Poor water pressure, hot water gone after two showers, no lights in master bathroom (found out the fuse was tripped), filthy surrounding area (trash and homeless people), limited parking situation

The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean.

Please was beautiful! And for the price, you couldn't ask for better. Me and the family loved it. I definitely recommend

Location, privacy

Had to go purchase and replace battery for one of the smoke detectors. A maintenance call had been placed but they did not show up. Got tired if hearing the beep

Great place, plenty of space for family of 4. Super clean! All facilities on site as well which is great. Beds are amazing!

One bathroom had a sewer smell. I think the wax ring needs replaced.
