The Green Lagoon

Our host was responsive which was great

The property was not accurate and is not as advertised. This was advertised as Green lagoon - it is not - it is Langkawi Lagoon. This was advertised as being a beachfront for swimming with a hot tub in the unit. This is not accurate - the area is a mud flat with no excess to water no sand so therefore there is no Beach. Where water is tidal there are only mud flats. the apartment does not have a hot tub. the entire facility is quite run down. As you walk around there are actually signs stating no swimming. The property is advertised to have a gym. we had to follow up to get access to the gym and when we did only 10% of the equipment actually worked. there was mould in the gym it was unclean and the facilities were broken unusable & dangerous.

The environment

There is no provision for breakfast. They serve no meals. Location was good.

There should be some provision for food and some staff to handle an emergence

The chalet is very nice. It's not exactly fancy but it is quite ok for the price and location. The view from the balcony is great, the bathtub is awesome, the design of the room is nice, nothing much to complain about. The chalet is not managed by the resort, but the personnel handling us is very accommodating, easy check in and out via Whatsapp.

The exterior is abit rundown, there's some cobweb on the ceilings, some decor in the room is dirty, cheap shower gel, some fixings are falling apart. Its just the little things, but overall, acceptable.
