The location was good

The room was quite dirty with cobwebs behind the TV and on the bedside lamps. The sheet was also quite dirty and there was no bed cover. I had to ask them to change the sheet. The bedside lamps didn't actually work and I had to ask them to change the bulb. They only changed one out of two. The AC remote didn't work and the manager told me quite rudely that the only thing I can change is the temperature and nothing else and that's just how it is and I have to accept it. It turned out he had the wrong information and the remote just had to be changed. The bathroom also wasn't good. In the wash basin and the shower area, hot water comes from the tap marked C and cold water comes from the one marked H. They also randomly kept ringing my bell when I was resting. Clearly it wasn't important because later when I went down they didn't say anything. The checkout time is listed as "11 to 12" which is odd so I assumed 12. They didn't tell me in advance that they would prefer 11 and just called me at 11 to say that the next guest has arrived. I told them that I'll do it ASAP and barely 10 minutes later they came again and rang the bell. They were not even saying that the checkout is 11. They just kept saying that the next guest has arrived, as if that is my problem and that is how hotels work.
