Falta de elementos en la habitación ,excesivamente pequeña,habitación para dos personas y sólo una silla? El microondas no funciona correctamente.Escaso en todo.

The host is exceptional and caring. Also the location is quite good, close to city city and free street parking nearby. Also it’s affordable and perfect for short stay.

The hot water heater had some problem but the host fixed it the next day.

The best thing about this place is the host. He is really helpful and caring. The room is quite small but it has everything you may need. Anyway you don't visit Azores to stay in your room:). There is also easy to park the car next to the house. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. It,s close to the center- you can walk there in 10 minutes.

The owner is a very nice person. He will kindly send you advice on how to have fun on the island. The room is clean and cozy, near to the downtown. Highly recommend it.

The accommodation is in a very good place. Very close to the center on foot. The owner was very polite and helpful. We had a very good 5 days here. Room small but sufficient for two people. I recommend!

Location

We arrived in the evening and noticed that the room wasn't cleaned after previous guests. The floor was covered in hair, on the bathroom walls, and even in the bed! - disgusting. The mattresses should be changed as you can feel springs already... The bed itself is so noisy that when one person moves wakes up another one, doesn't matter whether upstairs or downstairs - noise is unacceptable and annoying - we literally can't sleep. Apart from bed noise, you can experience noises from outside and upstairs and there is no proper isolation between the floors. The room is very small but this doesn't stop the host to leave the floor mop with a bucket in it! Because there is no WiFi extension in the room connection is so poor and we can't use it at all... that's drained our mobile data... We didn't meet Rui in person but from messages, he seems to be a nice guy but his room is not prepared to rent for stay for others. He cleaned the room after the first night but it wasn't clean as it should be anyway. Normally, I don't write bad reviews but this was unfair to us and we had never ever in our entire life didn't experience that someone didn't prepare the room for guests...
