large apartment, perfect for a big family; nice and responsive host.

good to know that the area is more residential than touristic, with a walking distance to the old town taking about 36 minutes (2.6 km); unfortunately, there were not enough cleaning products in the apartment (a toilet paper, garbage bags) especially, when staying for a longer period (a week or so); there was also no enough bedding (not enough douvets, even with additianal provided during our stay but still without needed covers); and, referring to the regulations that do not exist in the apartment, we were asked to clean the kitchen, which is not a problem of course, but it does leave a bit of a bad taste :(

Location is very good, every important spot is close to the appartment. The host of the Apartment is really great and helpfull. Apartment itself is very clean and the surrounding is quiet.

this property was exceptional. it was well located with facilities that were out of this world fantastic. it was an exceptional experience with a host that was so accommodating. he made our stay feel like we were living our dream out in Zadar. would recommend to anyone and everyone. thank you for the place!

"Exceptional"

The apartment is spacious and clean, ideal for a family of four to six members. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, also Uber drives all over the city for 4 euros. Cafes, shops and a restaurant are nearby. Joško is a very pleasant host and was at our service for questions and help.
