Fabulous modern property location great hot tub and sauna.

No coat hooks or anywhere to put shoes after walks no draws in bedroom or bathroom basically no storage to put anything

Stylish, good quality finish and very clean.

Lack of any laundry facility was disappointing. Premium priced self-catering accommodation should cover basic requirements.

Inside interiors

Don’t be fooled by the lovely online images. Externally, it was far from an idyllic hideaway. Terrace overlooked a hotel car park, had a shared garden which isn’t mentioned and was overgrown and badly manicured, sits right on one of the busiest roads into Bowness. Issues with parking, no spaces due to hotel residents taking them. Broken heating so we couldn’t try any towels, and was not rectified during our stay. The list goes on ……

The design and layout.

Broken tap, lukewarm hot tub, underheated sauna, cold house, no basic essentials, and zero response to our complaints.
