It’s quiet.

The smell of garbage in the hallway, AC not functioning well in room 219, and the exhaust is busted in room 221

The staff is very accomodating and tries to solve the problem of our aircon.

However I think the aircon itself is not suitable for the room because it has hard time making the room cold and worse it's not facing the bed, but the door instead. We waited for hours before we could feel the cold.
