The breakfast could offer more varied choices

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. Several points were really problematic. First of all, access to the pool is not convenient: you have to cross the street to get there, which is not clearly mentioned and is quite impractical. Secondly, the washing machines are defective and you have to wait a long time for a staff member to come and activate the machine, which wastes a lot of time.
The Wi-Fi connection is very poor, almost unusable in the room.
The rooms are not clean, and several bathroom facilities are broken, giving the impression of a general lack of maintenance. The air conditioning is extremely noisy, which makes sleeping at night difficult.
In addition, there are no suggestions for outdoor activities or information about things to do nearby. For the price paid, you would clearly expect a much better level of service and maintenance. I do not recommend this hotel.
