Right on the most beautiful beach. Had a lovely big well equipped shared kitchen and clotheslines to hang wet items. Peaceful surroundings.

No hot water. Expensive to travel to and from.

Our host Santiago and his staff were top notch! Location was right by the beach, a store that had most things we needed was literally right across the street. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable. All in all a very pleasurable set-up!

The smaller coffee machine had issues; easily fixable and Santiago the put the big machine into action every morning once he was aware! Also a few functioning chairs under the palapa by the beach would have been nice.

Owner made sure to give us a comfortable time, got a free upgrade to a seaside room! Coffee and drinking water was free. We had some trouble getting off Ometepe island; the owner helped us out and was very responsive at all times. Wifi was perfect, rooms super clean and location was central

Very nice location, right at the beach, great room with airconditioning.

No, breakfast, no possibility to use a refrigerator. When I asked the owner if there was one to use, he looked at me in strange way and asked: what do you want to keep in there? And I said, some food and drinks and maybe some guests need to keep medication out of the heat. I thought it strange that he didn't see that himself. In most hotels like this you have a common kitchen and a fridge to use. I thought that to be a very negative point. Alle the other things where very good...

Great location, clean and amazing pizza!

No coffee facilities, no breakfast at the property, very basic rooms, staff didn’t really help point us to any local facilities.
