La situation à proximité du centre, le rapport qualité/prix intéressant, la proximité d'une plage magnifique, le parking, la piscine, l'ambiance bungalows "Touring Club"...

En plein arrivage de sargasses, l'odeur était parfois dérangeante. Le sentier "plage" vers le centre était impraticable pour la même raison.

La proximité de Sainte Anne et de la plage. Les bungalows et le jardin de l'hôtel.

Certains équipements un peu vieillots des chambres comme le porte vêtements tout rouillé par ex. Le petit déj est très monotone aussi. Il faut aussi faire attention à la présence des sargasses mais ca ne dépend pas de l'hôtel, bien sûr.
