All of the attention to detail and thought that had gone into making sure guests are well looked after. Like for example a charging cable for 3 different types of phones, hair straighteners in the bedrooms. The amazing rotating turntable for the car and lots more. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, furniture and appliances and the comfortable beds was excellent. Great taste in decor too and a top location for exploring Matlock and the surrounding area. The information supplied by Michelle before we arrived, including extremely helpful videos and suggestions for food, drink and things to do/see was very much appreciated. We would most definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending The Coach House to friends, family and work colleagues.

Great location close to Matlock centre, just 10 minutes walk away but in a very quiet location which felt very safe and secure. The Coach House was very clean and well equipped throughout and with a modern smart tv with fast and reliable wifi. Excellent instructions via Whatsapp videos on how to find the house and operate the entry system and car turntable. Ideas for things to do and recommendations of pubs and restaurants etc.

The Coach House is beautifully appointed and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided in the kitchen and with bathroom toiletries. It has been decorated really nicely and feels cosy with thoughtful details by the owners that make you feel so welcome. We loved staying in this property as both the location and house itself were fantastic

The hosts were very information and responsive and provided us with excellent accommodation with ease of access and a great base location for the peak district. The house was very clean and beautifully and tastefully decorated with great facilities.

Beautiful character property equipped to a very high standard. Hosts provided lots of helpful information in preparation for our stay. The property is located within easy walking distance of the town for shops, restaurants, and Hall Leys Park and is set back from the main road so was quiet and secluded.

Honestly, everything! The decor was definitely one of the standouts though. There was plenty of oohs and ahhs from us all when we first arrived. We still felt very much at home though, and we wanted for nothing. The facilities and lovely extras were a pleasant surprise and meant we had more than enough of what we needed. Michelle gave us lots of really helpful information before our arrival. This meant we were well prepared to scope out the area, which was gorgeous and such a perfect location. Really couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Beautifully decorated and superb location. The beds were comfortable, all the amenities you need are included. Very peaceful and quiet area. Really great information regarding arrival and check in processes made it very simple and easy to check in.
