Quiet location excellent sound proofing

Construction site opposite working 6 days a week not mentioned in property description Waste ground outside building next to the swimming pool not shown in photos Foul smell of excrement in property on 3 days of 7 always noticed when opening front door, numerous cigarette ends sanitary products on roof of property outside front porch which faces street Took €300 deposit despite information in apartment and on booking .com website Vacated property on 1st October took 3 messages/e mails to get refund eventually transferred back 12Th October when property was cleaned as we departed. Unable to access property until 6pm most hotels and other properties give access from no later than 3 pm
