Duży balkon, czysto, wyremontowana łazienka. Nie było problemu z późniejszym zameldowaniem.

Brak ekspresu do kawy w kuchni. Komfort obniża ciągła obecność kogoś w kuchni (personelu lub stałych mieszkanek).
