As hotel location on the side of main road sometimes You couldn’t avoid traffic noise

Nice room, helpful staff

I checked in tuesday and checked out friday morning, no staff clean my room hotel. Other than that no problem.

I wasn't allowed to take my bags upstairs to the room. They were kept in a room that anyone could access. Utility outlets weren't working at the bed. 2 of three showers weren't working. Place was dirty, kitchen was gross.

Nothing ! No respect for the contract with booking ! I tried several times to discuss, but never respond ! It's incorrect and disrespectful! I am furious about booking and hotel Samourai! It is a scandal to behave like this with your customers.

See what I like, nothing !! In other case ! Scandalous!!

Staff was friendly

I definitely do not recommend this place if you're looking for something clean. The staff is very friendly, and I have no complaints about them, but the facilities leave a lot to be desired. All the towels were stained, something you wouldn't even see in a guesthouse. The room had a very strong sewage smell, and there were flies everywhere—not mosquitoes, but flies. It was an experience I will not repeat. This place is not in good condition, and there are many guesthouses in Sanur that are much cleaner and better maintained. Again, the staff was kind, but I would not recommend staying here.

Nice pool and close to everything.

You couldn't pay with card - took my over an hour to get checked-in. So if you're staying, bring cash!
