It was dark when we arrived and we found it difficult to read the numbers to enable us to drop the flap to get the keys. Also there was two lock boxes side by side neither of them numbered if the door numbers were marked on the lock box that would have made getting the keys easier although in fairness the entry instruction did say it was the left hand side lock. A welcome pack including how to work the TV and the heating would have been appreciated also a visitors book so we could leave constructive feedback

Great location 10 minutes walk from the city centre and close to local bus and rail transport.

Second bedroom should be a single as it's too small for a double. No blind on kitchen window. Broken glass coffee table in lounge. Only 1 small thin bath towel each for 4 nights. No bath panel in bathroom. The property had dirty windows and was very dusty. Only 2 small rails with very few hangers for clothes. Overall this property does not deserve the high booking.com rating.

Great location, we were able to walk into the city centre and Titanic Museum. Quiet location. The apartment was nicely decorated. We would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Highly recommend. Fantastic price, Great Facilities all as mentioned on the website... spacious and comfy rooms and fantastic location! Nothing we did not enjoy. As described. Felt like a home away from home. Would be more than happy to come again. After a very stressful arrival once we landed in Belfast, due to a hotel overbooking and trying to move us elsewhere without informing us ( NOTHING TO DO WITH SO CUTE!), Angela was very quick to respond to my enquiry about availability at the very last minute which put my mind at ease... They quickly made the apartment available for us to access with clear check-in and out information. Couldn't thank Angela enough. She really saved our trip after a stressful start, and we enjoyed it so much we are already talking about going back.

There was nothing we did not enjoy but if we were to name a couple small points for improvement for the host it would be simple, minor detail things. For example the glass on the shower. The bottom rubber guard was missing which means water easily got on the floor due to the gap and for taller individuals the glass is not large enough which also results in extra water going on the floor. Shower was brilliant overall!!! As expected with any flat you can hear neighbours but personally we wouldn't complain about this as its completely normal and can't be helped... we would never expect anyone living within the block to be quiet for temporary guests. You could only hear it at times if the apartment was quiet. Only 1 pillow for each side of the bed. Personally we find it easier to sleep with 2 but again down to Personal preference.

The location was central. A very comfortable stay for a short or longer trip. Safe area with parking

Heating was a bit confusing to work, but managed eventually. Some light bulbs did not work.

It was very central, great for where I was going and easy access to places for eating.

Not the cleanest found sweets on the living room floor from whoever was there previously, hairs, book under the bed, holes all over the walls, paint flaking in bathroom and what looked like dampness too, tiles in the bathroom very dirty looking and windows have not been cleaned for quite a while. Rather disappointed with state of the property. Took lots of pictures as proof
