Mieszkanie posiada wszystko czego potrzeba. Łanienka bardzo duża i są wieszaki ( czego zazwyczaj brakuje). Jasno i przestronnie. Wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i jest metro i przystanek autobusowy. W budynku jest pralnia, czytelnia, kawiarnia, kebaby, Żabka, apteka. Do tego bardzo miły właściciel.
