"I had a lovely time and relaxed, despite the rain. Location was private."

Great location - close to my friend and easy to get on an A road and travel on either location for key spots such as Hastings and Rye. It was very quite which is what I am used to.

Bed was a little lumpy/ springy and no choice of harder pillows. No baking tray. Other facilities were perfect though and well thought out.

Compact but lovely inside with great countryside all around

Nothing really… tiny downside is 3 people and one en suite but we knew that already so not a problem and unfair to imply we were surprised (but be aware)
